The manual process of onboarding vendors and billing was time-consuming. Also, maintaining the vendor data and gathering feedback was extensive work. 

My Role:
Interviewed the vendor managers and understood the need. Created features list, information architecture, and high fidelity prototype. Collaborated with the technical team in the development phase. Implemented feedback from usability testing.

Results Achieved:
It saved time to search vendor data everywhere. Also, the onboarding and billing process was simplified.
